hi, can you please suggest me a good mild organic shampoo (a unisex one) to go with your chili oil remedy for hair loss?

Hi Praveen, this is the shampoo I use whenever I use the chilli oil remedy- Patanjali Kesh Kanti Hair Cleanser – It’s mild, effective and affordable. Do let me know once you try it out and if you enjoy it. Have a lovely week and keep me posted. Best, Ishika

hey Ishika I tried the shampoo and I really liked it, do you have any good home remedy for treating dandruff??? And i’m very skeptical about the chili oil remedy, will it really help to stop or control hair fall?

Hey Praveen, Glad you’re enjoying the shampoo. Regarding the dandruff, use this turmeric mask. Details in the link attached. Also Patanjali has a great anti-dandruff shampoo that you can try out as well. Regarding the chilli oil remedy, I only write about things I have used consistently and have worked for me, so yes I do recommend it. I understand your hesitance and it can seem scary, but trust it works great. It will help stregthen the hair roots, so it will take care of hair fall and hair loss. Do not apply it if you have eczema-induced-dandruff patches, as the heat of the chilli could aggravate it. Hope that helps. Keep me posted and have a great week. Best, Ishika

You can use a mix of lemon juice, rose water and glycerin and soak cotton pads in it, keep them cool in the refrigerator and then apply over the eyes every alternate day. 🙂
